CORE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

Training Description

Module : Core Leadership Development Training
Course Length: 3-4 hours

This interactive workshop and group experience provides leaders and aspiring leaders an in depth analysis and evaluation of their leadership strengths and growth areas.  Using LionsLead leadership development evaluation tools and methods, participants leadership behaviors are measured to provide personalized growth plans for individuals and teams. 


  • Training and Results are presented thorough interactive discussion and application of the findings from each of their respective attributes. 
  • Participants will understand how their unique individual strengths contribute to the team’s strengths as well as challenges. 
  • Participants will receive an in-depth analysis on the effects of their current leadership behaviors and the benefits of developing a personal growth plan.
  • Insights are shared to develop as a team and to be mindful of pitfalls that impair both the team and each other’s individual effectiveness.
  • Using LionsLead CoreScore™ this foundational analysis and evaluation measures key attributes that are CORE to mastering yourself. Self-Leadership is critical to one’s foundation. One must honestly know and lead themselves first, before effectively building relationships and leading others. 
  • The CoreScore™ provides a pulse to begin sharpening Emotional Intelligence and to know and bring values and beliefs into focus. 
  • This experience can be used to establish benchmark standards to help you begin charting a personalized growth plan. 
  • Upon completion, you will have keen insights and awareness of your score in these areas of foundational excellence. Not only will you know how you rank among great leaders, but our report will provide immediate feedback with recommendations for you on how to take action. 


Day 1 Subtopic 1: CORE training and results review. and results review and interactive discussion.

Time Allotted: 3-4 hours

Description: This workshop is a review and discussion of the individual results.  Participants will gain knowledge for developing a leadership growth plan individually and as a group. 


Instructional Methods: Virtual Training or Instructor-led classroom training, in-person and in-groups. (Private workshops available upon request)
